Pioneer Park Located in scenic southern El Dorado County, the 21 acre park provides a full size equestrian arena that hosts a wide variety of activities, horseshows and livestock events.
Henningsen Lotus Park Located on the South Fork of the American River, the 51 acre park provides a wide variety of active and passive recreation opportunities.
Bradford Park Located off the Ponderosa Road exit of Highway 50 this 5-acre park consists of a brand new playground, small sports field and large covered picnic areas.

Eldorado National Forest The Eldorado National Forest is one of California's favorites. In a setting of tall pine, fir, and cedars are a myriad of recreational opportunities, such as camping, fishing, boating, and hiking.
Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park The Park includes the Gold Discovery Museum which offers information, exhibits, and artifacts relating to the gold discovery and gold rush, the mining exhibit containing examples of some of the many kinds of equipment used by the miners, the Chinese stores - all that remains of a large Chinese settlement in Coloma, and a recreation of Sutter's Sawmill and where James Marshall first discovered gold.

Kings Beach State Recreation Area - Kings Beach State Recreation Area features Ponderosa Pine and small brush covering the park's 700 feet of lake frontage area. This day-use only area is popular for water sports during the summer.
